About Tamara
I'm a certified hypnotherapist, subconscious reprogramming practitioner, and the founder of a practice built around one question:
Why do capable, intelligent women continue finding themselves in patterns they've already outgrown?
For years, I've studied the intersection of subconscious conditioning, attachment, identity, and behavior - helping women access the patterns operating beneath conscious awareness and create change at the level those patterns actually exist.
Today, I work with women around the world who are ready to stop managing the symptoms and address what's underneath them.
For good.
My Discovery
The deeper I went into this work, the more I noticed the same thing happening: high-achieving women were becoming incredibly good at explaining themselves.
They knew where their patterns came from, understood their attachment style, could identify their triggers and predict their reactions before they happened.
What fascinated me most was that these women weren't lacking awareness. In many cases, they had reached a level of self-awareness where it had actually become difficult to help them. They had already done the therapy, read the books, taken the courses, and learned the language. They could explain the problem better than anyone.
What they were missing wasn't more insight - it was access to the root itself.
That realization changed the direction of my work completely, and eventually led me to the subconscious layer where those patterns are actually operating from.
Let’s keep talking
Most of my insight doesn't fit into an Instagram caption, or website copy.
On The Tamara Rhodes Show, I explore in depth the patterns I see most often, the questions high-achieving women keep asking themselves, and the places where awareness stops being enough.
Some episodes challenge conventional wisdom, while some unpack the subconscious patterns operating underneath our decisions, relationships, visibility, and self-concept.
If my work sparks curiosity within you, start here.
You'll know pretty quickly whether you're in the right room.
The women I work with aren't in crisis.
They're often the most capable person in the room.
They're the friend everyone calls, the leader everyone relies on, the woman who appears to have it together.
They're simply tired of being pulled back into patterns they've already outgrown.
