I recommend you commit to a minimum of 3 months working with me either weekly or bi-weekly. As with any type of therapy, it is a process and it will take time.
Appointment cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged full appointment rate. There are no refunds given.
Payments are due upon scheduling your first appointment with a minimum of one week prior to that appointment.
All sessions are virtual via Zoom. The Zoom meeting code will be in your appointment confirmation email.
You’ll want to be in a quiet place with minimal distractions. Laying down for our sessions is best because comfort is key. I’ll send you a document with best practices pre-session to prepare for our time together.
